2. It is forbidden to upload assets with KUID 211305 in pay-downloads.
3. Transmision during email, big package of assets for maps and uploading on free servers (e.g Rapidshare) to quickly provide the user is allowed.
   
4. Uploading assets with KUID 211305 on other sites without Thalys permission is completely forbidden!
   

The principle of creating new textures on assets with KUID 211305:

1. You can create only real reskins using photorealistic textures (photo material).
2. Each reskin before the publication should be sent to me for examination.
3. Each made reskin will be published if and only if it meets quality standards posed by me.
4. All reskins of assets with KUID 211305 will be published on the Thalys Studio 4.0.
5. Author of the asset has the right to indicate on which sites new reskin can be upload.
   
6. Author has the right to withdraw from circulation repaint when later use will be detected serious errors in its implementation or execution of the original mesh model.

KUID 413339 LICENSE:

1. Assets are completely free. Selling it is totally forbidden.
2. Assets with KUID 413339 may be placed in paid download sections only with the consent of the author.
3. Assets with KUID 413339 may be sent by mail or through P2P services.
   
4. Assets with KUID 413339 may be attached to the maps without permission (just brief information sent by email).
5. Assets with KUID 413339 can be placed in the MEGAPACKAGES without permission (just brief information sent by email).
6. Assets with KUID 413339 will not be posted on other sites, unless the author expresses the wish to do. Requests for publication of any assets marked KUID 413339 on non-Thalys Studio, Eastern European Trainz, Stacja Żary, Polish Trainz Team or TrainzMaps sites will be completely ignored.

The principle of creating new textures on assets with KUID 413339:

1. It is possible to create realistic textures only created on the basis of photographic material (photo-textures)
2. Each new texture before publication must be sent to the author of assets marked KUID 413339 to verify.
3. It is forbidden to remove the additives KUID 413339 of their distinctive marks (applies mainly dedicated ThalysCity characters found on most production department HQThalysCity).
4. Prohibits the use of dedicated texture from additives with KUID 413339 in additives other than the texture assets from Thalys Studio without permission author of dedicated texture.
